- Quantum, the online media planning and buying agency, has created a marketing and business unit with a number of appointments. The development frees current managing director Paul Longhurst to focus on the agency'' European expansion plans which will include launches in the French and Dutch markets.
The agency announced the launch of a Scottish agency at the end of last year, and has also opened an additional London office.
Paul Booth, a former managing director of the Media Factor, joins Quantum as it marketing and new business development director. Quantum has also taken on Caroline Cederland, a former marketing manager at Carphone Warehouse in both Stockholm and London, as its marketing and new business manager.
