Based in Jumeirah Lake Towers, the new office is the first for the company in the Middle East. Quintessentially Events has offices in Cote D’Azure, Geneva, New Delhi, Hong Kong and Singapore, with its headquarters in London.
The Dubai office will be led by Seema Syed, head of events, who has created special events for Hollywood stars, as well as the entertainment, pharmaceutical and automotive industries. Marina de Coatgoureden, business development manager, will also head-up the office. Her experience includes work with Chanel and Louis Vuitton.
The team will be in charge of organising and producing events for leading luxury and lifestyle brands.
Anabel Fielding, founding director of Quintessentially Events, said: "Since the launch of Quintessentially Events in London in 2004, the demand for our events globally has been a catalyst for the opening of offices in key territories including Geneva, New Delhi, Hong Kong and Singapore. The next natural step was to open an office in the Middle East and Dubai is a fantastic base.
"We have a creative and highly experienced team in place, who work hard to deliver and exceed client expectations to ensure memorable events. We are very excited to now have presence in this part of the world."
The company recently featured on the BBC Three series The Insider, in which a group of five candidates competed against one another for a job at the business, with one of Quintessentially Events’ senior managers going under cover as part of the process.
