Raising a glass for Ken

On Friday 4 November, it will be the ten-year anniversary of the death of Ken Grimshaw, the highly esteemed JWT art director who died while on a shoot in Tobago.

His copywriting partner, John Donnelly, will be at The Guinea on Bruton Place in London that evening and all friends are welcome to come along. Those who can't attend are asked by Ken's daughter, Katie, to raise a glass in her father's memory. Grimshaw and Donnelly enjoyed a long and prolific creative partnership at CDP, AMV and JWT, where they produced acclaimed ads including work for the Yellow Pages, Volvo, The Economist, Kit Kat and Entenmann's Cakes.
