The spot, created by Euro RSCG London, features Meeke and his wife at home, getting ready for a posh award ceremony.
All appears normal until Meeke decides to put on his racing leathers on top of his tuxedo, with the intention of driving to the event in his IRC rally car.
His idea is met with disapproval from his wife, who is worried that the journey would mess up her hair, and she attempts to encourage him to take her Peugeot instead.
The spot ends with a clip of Meeke driving at the Intercontinental Rally Challenge championships, along with the strapline: 'Still Meeke. Still not mild'.
The ad breaks today (8 March) with spots on Channel 4 and Sky1, and will promote Meeke's involvement in the Rally of Argentina taking place at the end of this month.
Peugeot started using Meeke in its advertising campaigns in May last year, beginning with a TV spot that saw him drive his wife around town so that she could complete her shopping.
He joined Peugeot at the beginning of last year, and is the current holder of the Intercontinental Rally Challenge title.
