Real Media, the online sales house rumoured to be considering
flotation, has doubled the size of its sales team in response to

total number of account managers from six to ten and was adding two

The new account managers include Charlotte Dalrymple who joins from the
Shopping Network where she was a project manager. Before that, Dalrymple
was account manager at Carat.
Richard Warburton joins Real Media from poster contractor Maiden Outdoor
where he was an account manager for three years.
Toby Dawson joins the Real Media team from Loot where he worked on both
online and offline sales.
Meanwhile, telesales executives Julian Cheevers and Daniel Owne join
from auction website QXL.com and from telecoms giant AT&T
It is rumoured that the company may be about to reorganise before going
to market. Real Media parent company PubliGroupe this week admitted that
Real Media bosses in the US were considering floating in a bid to ride
the recent wave of market interest in internet related businesses.
