The agency beat Bartle Bogle Hegarty and WCRS in the final shootout, after Sky shortlisted three agencies in June.

The business includes advertising for the Sky One, Sky Two, Sky Three, Sky News, Sky Movies, Sky Travel, Sky Arts and Sky Box Office brands.

Earlier this year, Beattie McGuinness Bungay, the incumbent on the Sky One and Sky News brands, decided not to re pitch for its share of the business. WCRS continues to handle Sky's corporate branding account.

The pitch was overseen by Alex Lewis, the director of marketing and communications at Sky Networks, and is part of an initiative to use the brands to drive subscriptions.
