The bar aims to provide tee-totallers and those abstaining from alcohol following the festive period with a stylish bar free from booze. Located on Fairly Square, Redemption will also be serving food for vegans, vegetarians and those on a raw diet.
Redemption is supporting Cancer Research UK’s Dryathlon campaign by offering guests a free mocktail throughout January to keep motivation levels up.
The bar has also announced a new comedy series that aims to debunk the myth that you need to drink to have a laugh. From Sunday (11 January), the pop-up will host a number of acts from the comedy scene, including Tommy Rowson, Jenny Collier and Richard Todd.
Catherine Salway, founder of Redemption, said: "We’re absolutely delighted to have some of the best comedians in town performing at Redemption this year. These acts really prove that you can have a night off, without having a night in."
Redemption first launched in 2013 with pop-ups in Hackney and Portobello.
