RETAIL PROMOTION: T-Mobile gives Iris third-party retail contract

T-Mobile has handed Iris its UK channel development account, in a move that sees the agency take responsibility for all of the mobile phone brand's third-party retail promotions.

Iris has been working with T-Mobile for the past 18 months on brand awareness campaigns for specialist outlets, such as Carphone Warehouse, and general retailers, such as Woolworths.

The agency's brief is to help T-Mobile forge closer strategic relationships with retailers.

Liz Needleman, T-Mobile marketing manager, said: "The work we have done with Iris over the past 18 months has been critical to delivering our sales objectives, and we have every confidence in extending its remit."
