REVIEW: The BBC asks the ITC to settle a row

The BBC has asked the Independent Television Commission to settle the row over BSkyB's threat to demote the corporation's channels from its slots on the top of the electronic programme guide. This row was started by the BBC's decision last month to quit BSkyB's encryption service and switch its digital channels to its own satellite. - The Guardian.
