Bmi british midland has called a review of its £10 million creative account out of Bartle Bogle Hegarty as it prepares to change its fare structure to compete with low-cost carriers. Partners BDDH, the incumbent on bmi's no-frills offshoot, bmi baby, is expected to pitch. - General release.
