REVIEW: Cadbury Schweppes is suing PepsiCo

Cadbury Schweppes is suing PepsiCo for alleged anti-competitive

behaviour, claiming that it stifled sales of the soft drink 7-Up in

several fast-food chains in the US. Cadbury claimed that sales of its

drink fell by 60 per cent in US restaurants after a supply deal arranged

last year with PepsiCo - which makes the rival soft drink Sierra Mist -

which Cadbury claims unfairly deters franchisees from selling 7-Up. -
