REVIEW: Camelot to stop issuing twice-weekly sales figures

The National Lottery operator, Camelot, is to stop issuing twice-weekly sales figures in an attempt to stem bad publicity. The recent ticket sales of £38 million were the lowest since the lottery launched in 1994. Camelot, which this week launches its first instant-win game on the internet to attract younger people, now intends to release sales figures either quarterly or every six months. - General release.
