REVIEW: Chief executive and executives hit by US lawsuit

Ntl's chief executive, Barclay Knapp, and other senior executives, including the former J. Walter Thompson chief executive, Stephen Carter, have been hit by a US lawsuit which alleges they misled investors over the true state of the beleaguered cable company. It is claimed they were motivated to conceal the financial position of ntl because they owned share options and wanted to keep the share price high for long enough to trade them. - The Daily Telegraph.
