REVIEW: Cordiant reaches an agreement with its banks

Cordiant has reached an agreement in principle with its banks to renegotiate the conditions of its $400 million loan facility. The deal is expected to dampen widespread speculation that the world's ninth-largest holding company could be forced to sell off some of its assets to help reduce its debts. Cordiant paid $18 million in interest payments alone last year. - The Guardian.
