REVIEW: Government review of newspaper distribution

A public consultation pitting independent retailers against big publishing houses and wholesaling businesses has prompted a government review of the way newspapers are distributed to retailers around the country. The Office of Fair Trading is looking at responses to a statutory review of the newspaper supply code, which was originally drawn up in 1993. Financial Times.
