REVIEW: Greg Dyke insists he will go ahead with plans

The BBC director-general, Greg Dyke, has insisted he will go ahead with his plan to ditch the corporation's £85 million broadcasting deal with BSkyB, even if its digital channels are relegated in Sky's electronic programme guide.
