REVIEW: High Court judge rules against Nestle

A High Court judge has ruled that Nestle cannot claim it owns the phrase "Have a break" which has been used to advertise its Kit Kat brand since 1957. The decision allows its rival Mars to spark a new confectionery war by launching a new product called Have A Break. Nestle went to the High Court after its trademark application was refused. - Metro.
