REVIEW: ISBA attacks new proposal

ISBA has attacked a new proposal by the European Commission on advertising regulation, which will enable consumers to sue advertisers in their home country, rather than the country in which the offending ad originated. ISBA has warned that this could mean advertisers following UK guidelines could be liable for prosecution in other European markets should consumers find their commercials offensive. - Marketing Week.
