REVIEW: ITV Digital increase offer to Football League

The administrators of ITV Digital have increased their offer to the Football League to £74 million to settle their disputed rights contract - provided the league agrees to a year's extension. The pay-TV service has been given one week before it is put up for sale. The BBC and Channel 5 have been mooted as being interested in buying key sport media rights owned by the troubled company.
