Leo Burnett and the General Mills Pillsbury brand have parted company, ending a 77-year relationship, owing to conflict with Burnett's Kellogg client. Saatchi & Saatchi has taken on the accounts for Green Giant and Old El Paso. General Mills bought Pillsbury UK from Diageo last year. A joint venture with Nestle gives it ownership of half of Cereal Partners, which views Kellogg as a key competitor. - General release.
