REVIEW: Lord Dubs accuses TV companies of breaching watershed

Lord Dubs, the chairman of the Broadcasting Standards Commission, has accused TV companies of breaching the 9pm watershed after receiving a record 7,183 complaints from the public. A quarter were directed at BBC1. - The Daily Telegraph.
