McCann-Erickson is acquiring the business-to-business agency Anderson & Lembke, which went into liquidation before Christmas. Anderson & Lembke, which was the third-largest business-to-business agency in the UK, will be incorporated into the McCann group in London and will be run by the chief executive, Jaakko Alanko, in conjunction with McCann Central's managing director, Edi Fitzgerald. It is thought that only a handful of the 40 or so staff will be retained. - General release.
