Procter & Gamble is in talks with Viacom to secure a dollars 300

million deal with the media company's cross-media sales division. Viacom

owns CBS, MTV and VH1. Details of the deal are unknown, but P&G is

expected to receive preferential rates. MediaVest Worldwide is
