Cadbury is reviewing its creative account. Fallon works on the Dairy Milk, Milk Tray, Creme Egg, Crunchie and Double Decker brands.

The Mondelez International-owned chocolate brand has contacted agencies about the review, which is in the early stages. It is understood that other markets are also included in the review. Publicis Communications, which owns Fallon and Saatchi & Saatchi, is putting a team together to respond to the brief.

Experian, the global data company, is reviewing its advertising and media accounts, putting Bartle Bogle Hegarty London and PHD on alert. Oystercatchers has been instructed to manage the pitch process and agencies have been sent a request for information.

We Buy Any Car, the used-car buying service, is reviewing its £14m UK advertising account. The brand has contacted agencies directly ahead of a pitch, putting Manchester-based creative incumbent Driven on alert.

Public Health England is looking for an advertising agency to help it combat an "explosion" of sexually transmitted diseases in the UK. The pitch is open to agencies on the government’s communications roster, which was created at the end of last year. The process is being run by the Crown Commercial Service.
