KFC is looking for a digital and CRM specialist to augment its agency roster after moving its above-the-line from Bartle Bogle Hegarty London to Mother earlier this year.
A request for information has been sent to agencies in advance of a pitch process overseen by AAR.
The brand is exploring the option of appointing a single agency that could do digital work as well as CRM, or appointing two separate agencies for each discipline.
