REVIEW: Talks between BBC and BSkyB break down

The dispute between the BBC and BSkyB over a satellite broadcasting deal could be settled by regulators after talks between the broadcasters broke down last week. The BBC recently told BSkyB that it no longer needed the group's encryption services, which cost £4 million a year, and would beam its channels to 6.6 million Sky viewers through a different satellite. - The Guardian.
