Rise will evaluate the financial contribution of the brand's communications activity. The work will cover all forms of communication, from advertising to point of product consumption.
Rise will then develop local channel and creative strategy for Cutty Sark, which is owned by Berry Brothers & Rudd.
The agency will collaborate with local distributors, agencies and clients.
