One of the leading industry figures, Donnelly expanded her responsibilities in July 2014 to take on the Nordic countries, as well as the UK and Ireland. She was the driving force behind the award-winning campaign Always #LikeAGirl, which challenged perceptions of gender. She is also proud of the Pampers/Unicef tie-up, now into its 10th year, which strives to eliminate neo-natal tetanus in the developing world. In addition to building P&G brands and people, she represents the industry on various committees, from Cosmetic Executive Women and WACL to the ASA.
