The Royal Academy of Art's Summer Exhibition goes digital, with a little help from partner WeTransfer.
Due to a reduced capacity for live viewings of the exhibition, the collaboration will see WeTransfer house all 1,172 artworks in its "lucky dip" grid format, in which a new artwork is revealed with every click and the wallpaper adjusts to fit the dimensions of each piece. WePresent is also showcasing the artists, themes and ideas behind each piece of work via a series of curated commentaries.
This is the gallery’s first digital partnership. Uncommon conceived of the idea to help bring art to the masses during the pandemic.
