Saatchi & Saatchi is joining forces with Cap Gemini Ernst & Young and the PR agency Shine Communications to offer a consultancy service for prospective clients.
The consortium, developed under the working title of ESEY Triangle, will launch on 14 February.
The final member of ESEY will be Edward de Bono, the management guru.
Derek Bowden, Saatchis' chief executive for Europe, will head the agency's interests in ESEY. Shine's managing director, Rachel Bell, will represent the PR company, and William Mellis, Cap Gemini Ernst & Young's vice-president, will be the face for the financial arm.
The consortium is aiming to combine business, finance, marketing and public relations to offer a complete service package by pooling the companies' resources.
This venture is designed to give its members access to the highest levels of major organisations as consultants.
Bowden has refused to comment on the venture.
