Warby’s proudest career achievement so far is the regeneration of marketing at the brand to ensure that it is part of "Sainsbury’s DNA, making it truly ‘business as usual for everyone’, not just a few people at Christmas". As well as championing the marketing discipline, Warby is a staunch campaigner for diversity and inclusion at work. "Of course I feel strongly about gender equality, but I’m also passionately involved in improving LGBT inclusion, both in Sainsbury’s and beyond," she says. "Why? Because I can’t imagine coming to work every day without being all of me, and I don’t want anyone to feel that they have to leave a bit of their life at home."
