The charity has contacted five agencies to attend a question-and-answer briefing session today (Thursday).
It plans to hold formal presentations towards the end of next week.
The winning agency will initially be briefed to create a campaign promoting The International Day of the African Child on 16 June, which honours the memory of the black schoolchildren who took to the streets in Soweto in 1976 to protest the inferior quality of their education.
More than one hundred boys and girls were gunned down.

Wieden & Kennedy recently worked on the Save the Children's Charter - a collection of messages from young people that were delivered to world leaders at the G20 summit.
