Save the Rhino International has launched its raunchiest campaign to date.
Save the Rhino International is celebrating its 25th birthday with a risqué campaign urging people to give money towards animal conservation.
Revolving around the seldom considered reality of rhino sex, the campaign aims to raise £20,000 in unrestricted funds and attract younger supporters through a series of ads, with taglines including "nothing spoils a moment of sweet tender rhino love quite like a poacher’s bullet" and "spare a little change for a randy rhino". In aid of the (apparently horny) horned mammals, a slightly more on-the-nose ad also reads: "Can we tempt some money from your wallet for a little rhino sex?"
On top of being the first to include the phrase "sweet tender rhino love", the campaign includes digital advertising, social media, outdoor, PR and experiential activity across London. The work was written by Dave Fleetwood and art directed by Alex Dowse through Slider Creative.
