The show has been organised as a tribute to star of the Academy Award-winning film Robin Williams, whose death was announced yesterday (12 August). It is part of a nationwide campaign to hold simultaneous screenings of the film across the UK on Friday night.

Secret Cinema said the event, which is set to take place at Troxy in London, will feature live music, food, poetry and special guest appearances.

Tickets for the live screening will go on sale tomorrow (14 August) for £25 per person. All profits will be donated to mental health charity Mind, in a nod to Williams’ battle with depression.
