Duckworth, a copywriter, and Bradbury, an art director, join from Arc London, where they spent the past four years working on clients such as Fiat and Johnnie Walker.
They have worked together for ten years, on advertising and direct marketing briefs. They were previously at Euro RSCG London, where they worked on accounts including Peugeot Citroen, The Independent and Microsoft.
During their career they have picked up awards including a silver at Cannes for their Fiat website and a DMA gold for their Fiat Panda work.
At Craik Jones, the team will work across a range of the agency's clients, including Land Rover, First Direct and the Unilever-owned Hellmann's Extra Light mayonnaise account, which the agency won last month.
