Subscription service Sky Q connects with its customers in the first of a five-part series.
The ad follows a young boy who uses his remote to open portals, all of which entice his favourite fictional characters (including Iron Man and Star Wars’ BB-8) into his Sky Q device.
The TV ad comes alongside out of home and digital activity. The work was created by Aaron Willmer and directed by Dan DiFelice through Biscuit Filmworks. Media is handled by MediaCom.
Last April, Sky promoted its subscription service with an ad starring brand ambassador Idris Elba.
