Stamma "Not just one day" by VMLY&R London

Stamma, the British Stammering Association, is marking International Stammering Awareness Day with a petition and supporting film calling for people who stammer to be authentically portrayed in the media.

Launched this week to coincide with the awareness day (22 October), the work by VMLY&R London is a 90-second film art directed by Josh Croston through Acid News. It can be seen on the charity's website and social media channels.

Voiced by a Stamma member who has never been contracted for voiceover work before, the film promoting the petition on change.org is supported by a series of interviews asking people about media depictions of people who stammer.
