Starcom and sister creative agency Leo Burnett are behind Kellogg's
new brand ambassador, Uder the cow, who crashes onto our television
screens this Tuesday.
Uder is the face of Kellogg's Cereal & Milk Bars - crunchy snack bars
based on the company's best selling children's cereals Frosties, Smacks
and Coco Pops.
Starcom has planned a large-scale TV campaign and briefed MindShare to
book ads on ITV, Channel 4 and the children's cable and satellite
channels Nickelodeon and Cartoon Network.
It has also dreamt up an interactive element to the campaign whereby
kids can note down an e-mail address shown on the TV ads and receive an
Uder interactive computer game which they can load onto their PCs.
There will also be an online media blitz, using banner advertising on,
for example, Fox Kids' website. The game can also be downloaded via the
internet.
