The Harvard-educated marketer was promoted to Diageo’s top marketing job last summer and has a well-earned seat on the executive committee. The past 12 months have seen her jet-setting with David Beckham and Jude Law with the launch of Haig Club whisky and Johnnie Walker, respectively. The energetic marketer has an impeccable CV, having joined Diageo in 1999 from wine and spirits firm Allied Domecq Retail, where she was marketing development director. Prior to this she held a range of US and global marketing roles within Gillette. She is also a non-executive director of Domino’s Pizza Group.
