TalkTalk is a fly on the wall for a real British family's Christmas in its latest ad depicting candid family life.
The brand has continued to let the cameras roll to capture authentic, unscripted footage, a technique first used as part of its "This stuff matters" campaign last year. In this spot, the family is seen sharing small festive moments such as wrapping gifts, decorating and singing to loved ones over the phone. It lacks the flash of other big-budget Christmas campaigns but subverts the over-the-top sweetness of the season. The work was created by Danny Hunt at CHI & Partners and directed by Tom Tagholm through Park Pictures.
