- TBWA Worldwide has formed a worldwide board of directors and has moved Mike Amour, managing director of its Paris office, to New York to become executive vice president and director of business development.
The board of directors will consist of 15 senior figures from TBWA agencies around the world and will be presided over by an executive committee.
The committee is made up of Michael Greenlees, president/chief executive officer, TBWA Worldwide; Lee Clow, chief creative officer worldwide and chairman of TBWA/Chiat Day; Jean-Marie Dru, president/ international chief executive officer, TBWA Worldwide; Bob Kuperman, president/ chief executive officer of the Americas/TBWA Worldwide and Jonathan Ramsden, chief financial officer of TBWA Worldwide.
The board of directors includes Paul Bainsfair, chairman of TBWA GGT Simons Palmer, London; Tom Carroll , president/chief executive officer of TBWA/Chiat Day Los Angeles; Carl Johnson, newly installed president/chief executive officer of TBWA/Chiat Day New York and Amour.
Amour joined TBWA in 1997 as managing director of Europe from Wieden & Kennedy, where he had been international director.
