The ad, directed by Danny Kleinman, literally brings the city to life, with buildings, which pick the Qashqai over all other cars.
Play With the City will break on TV from 6 April and run into 2009.
Steve Henry, executive creative director at TBWA\London said: "We've brought Buenos Aires to life, as if the buildings were a bunch of kids playing with the car - scooting it round the city, on a roller-coaster adventure, and really pushing it to its limits."
The eight day ad shoot used a 170-strong crew and saw one of Buenos Aires' biggest streets shut for the weekend.
A mammoth CGI effort saw 12 artists and designers work for six weeks.
