Teamworks and Just Media win Symantec business

- Software company, Symantec UK, has appointed Teamworks Advertising along with media buying shop, Just Media, to its integrated business-to-business account following a three-way pitch.

Billings for the account and competing agencies were not disclosed.

Symantec UK is a software and internet tools specialist and the first through-the-line campaign will promote the company to a corporate audience.

Kevin Chapman, UK marketing manager at Symantec UK, said: "Teamworks and Just Media demonstrated a real understanding of our business needs. Fresh creativity was backed up with sound strategies and we're really looking forward to working together."

Coinciding with the win, Teamworks has appointed Neville Anderson as head of copy at its London office. Anderson joins from Anderson & Lembke where he has been creative director for the last three years.

Prior to that he ran the First Place consultancy partnership with John MacAlister.
