Every building on Dean Street has been evacuated after a fire started at around 2pm this afternoon.

The BBC is reporting that a company called Future Capital was based in the Dean Street building in which the blaze took hold.

Fire fighters are currently attending the scene and Tequila management is hoping that it will be extinguished before it reaches its building.

Some Tequila staff have temporality relocated to sister agency TBWA\London’s Whitfield Street offices while others have been sent home.

The temporary relocation of staff into Whitfield Street comes ahead of a more permanent move for the agency into the building as part of the creation of the TBWA\Media Arts structure.
