Tesco "Prices that take you back" by Bartle Bogle Hegarty

Tesco's 100th-anniversary campaign journeys through cultural references across the century, from mods on mopeds to wartime shoppers and a hippie wagon parked outside.

The roller-disco girl who features in the supermarket’s press ads also stars in the TV spot. Sadly, the iconic Mr Blobby didn’t make it to TV this time, but he is seen waving beside a shopping cart in one of the press ads. The work was created by Psembi Kinstan and Hannah Tarpey, with production by Riff Raff.
