Third of UK companies have customer relationship strategy

Then research, conducted by the Database Group across the top 400 companies in retail, banking, insurance and utilities, also shows only 21% of companies deal with customers consistently across all communications channels.

Retailers are leading the field in developing CRM strategy with 43% of companies putting a strategy in place. However, just 15% are implementing this.
