Thresher Group awards creative and media accounts

LONDON - Thresher Group, the drinks retailer, has appointed Krow Communications and MPG to handle creative and media on its £2 million advertising business.

The agency appointments followed a competitive pitch process held through the AAR.

Krow won the creative account after a final pitch against Albion and MPG landed the media in a head to head contest against BJK&E.

Thresher, which operates the Threshers, the Local and Wine Rack brands, previously used Leeds-based agency Poulters on its advertising and Arena BLM for media.

Poulters closed its doors in June.
