LONDON - European marketing agency TradeDoubler has acquired the UK's most successful search outfit The SearchWorks for £56million, making it one of the largest online marketing companies in Europe.

TradeDoubler acquired all shares in SearchWorks' parent company The IMW Group and its other its other trading entity, The TechnologyWorks. Both IMW Group companies have a presence in the UK, while The TechnologyWorks has an additional presence in mainland Europe and Asia.
IMW Group's clients have included brands such as Asda, Comet, EasyJet, First Choice, Interflora and The Carphone Warehouse.
