Aegis Media's iProspect, the digital performance agency, has promoted Ben Wood, its UK and EMEA leader, to president of iProspect Global. (Campaign)

PHD has elevated Verica Djurdjevic, the managing partner on the Sainsbury's and Macmillan Cancer Support businesses, to managing director. Frances Ralston-Good, who currently holds that post, will move to the new role of chief innovation officer. (Campaign)

Nigel Sharrocks, the chief executive of Aegis Media Global Brands, is leaving at the end of the summer. Peter Huijboom, the group’s global director of business integration, will take on Sharrocks’ duties.(Campaign)

Arena has hired Bobby Hui, the executive planning director at G2 Joshua, as its first chief strategy officer, completing the senior line-up at the media agency. (Campaign)

Chris Moon, Fallon's head of analytics, has been hired by Rainey Kelly Campbell Roalfe/Y&R in the same role. (Campaign)

Jo Hagger, the European vice-president of marketing at SapientNitro, is joining headhunting firm The Lighthouse Company as the head of technology and content search. (Campaign)

Vizeum UK has hired Mindshare managing partner Ben Sutherland as its head of performance, replacing David Beale who moved to WPP in October 2012. (Campaign)


Procter & Gamble chief executive Bob McDonald is to step down from his role, with predecessor AG Lafley set to return to the top job at the FMCG giant. McDonald, a P&G veteran of 33 years and chief executive since 2009, will retire from the company on 30 June. (Marketing)

Matthew Barwell, the marketing and innovation director for Diageo's Western Europe division, will leave the company at the end of September. Barwell is leaving after 15 years with Diageo. (Marketing)

O2 has poached Barclaycard chief marketing officer Nina Bibby as its new marketing and consumer director following the departure of Sally Cowdry. (Marketing)


Andrew Rashbass, the chief executive of The Economist Group, is leaving the business after 15 years to take a lead news and media business role at Thomson Reuters. (Media Week)

Guardian Media Group has appointed Ronan Dunne, chief executive of Telefónica UK (O2), as a non-executive director as the publishing group continues to pursue its digital-first strategy, and one that is increasingly focused on the mobile space. (Media Week)


Penrose co-founder Andrew Nicolls is leaving MHP to join Hudson Sandler as vice-chairman at the beginning of July. (PR Week)

Jace Tyrrell, the New West End Company's director of comms, is set to depart the group in September to join Westminster & City Property Associations. (PR Week)

Adam Powell has moved from Bell Pottinger to join Ogilvy Public Relations as a director in its corporate and public affairs practice. (PR Week)

GolinHarris London has appointed James Bickerton as its first creative technologist. (PR Week)
