Vodafone UK has hired Paddy Toyne-Sewell to head up its external comms in a role expanded to cover social media and corporate responsibility. (PR Week)

Oxfam GB has recruited Save The Children UK's Jack Lundie to lead a newly slimmed-down comms operation. (PR Week)

Lansons has snapped up Santander social media specialist Russell Graham to lead its digital practice. (PR Week)

Dan Timms, the former head of government Olympic communications who joined Portland Communications last January, has moved across the Atlantic to Canada. (PR Week)

Former Department for Culture, Media and Sport special adviser Victoria O'Byrne is leaving the body responsible for the Olympic Park to join Richard Branson's Virgin Group as director of corporate affairs next month. (PR Week)
